Who is GoTMS for?
Carriers and freight forwarders who want orders, driver coordination, documents and finances in one system. We will walk through your workflow during the demo.
What does the driver do in the system?
Receives the job, marks arrival, loading and unloading, and uploads transport documents. Dispatch sees the statuses and documents in GoTMS.
Do I need to assemble the customer documents separately?
The pack is assembled within GoTMS. You can email the invoice and transport documents together, without moving files to another app.
Can I track payments and costs?
Yes. GoTMS lets you track receivables and due dates, remind customers, review statistics, analyse costs and check an indicative VAT summary. Your accountant files the returns — GoTMS prepares the monthly document pack for them.
