Scope
gotms.pl is run by the Go TMS team. This policy covers this site and enquiries about GoTMS; it does not replace the transport portal’s own data processing terms. Data questions: contact@gotms.pl.
Data involved
The form contains your name, company, email or phone, and an optional fleet size and message. Email correspondence includes the sender address and message content. Do not send passwords, driver documents, health information or other data unnecessary for discussing the product. The server keeps no visit log; your IP address is used only in memory to protect the form against spam and is not stored.
Purposes and legal bases
Enquiries are used to respond, arrange a presentation and discuss cooperation. The basis is taking steps at your request before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) when you would be a party; for company representatives and general correspondence, the legitimate interest in business communication (Article 6(1)(f)). Technical data supports operation and security under legitimate interests. Sending the form does not subscribe you to advertising.
Voluntary contact
Contact is voluntary. Name, company and a contact channel are required by the form; other fields are optional. Without contact details we cannot reply. Instead of the form you can write to contact@gotms.pl.
Recipients
A form enquiry arrives as an email in the contact@gotms.pl mailbox. Only the person answering enquiries has access to it. The site and the mailbox are hosted by OVHcloud in the European Union (data centre in France). Data is not shared with advertising networks or transferred outside the EEA.
Retention
An enquiry is kept for no longer than one month after the last contact about it. The server keeps a technical record of a submission only to deliver the email and prevent duplicates: personal data is removed from it right after delivery (only an irreversible fingerprint for spotting duplicates remains), and the record itself is deleted automatically after 30 days. If a contract is concluded, separate periods apply to contractual and statutory documents.
Your rights
Where the GDPR conditions apply, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Consent can be withdrawn where relied on, without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact contact@gotms.pl. You may complain to Poland’s President of the Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl) or your competent local supervisory authority.
Browser storage, video and spam protection
A form draft is held in this tab’s sessionStorage for restoration for up to 30 minutes after the last entry and is cleared after acknowledged submission. Video is self-hosted, without an external video service; the MP4 loads after a click. There is no advertising analytics or profiling. The form automatically rejects messages with links, duplicates and too frequent submissions; no automated decisions with legal effects are made. If the form does not accept your message, write to contact@gotms.pl.
